Nairobi City → Wildlife & Culture Experience → Nairobi
Your day begins early at 6:00 AM with a warm pickup from your Nairobi hotel or airport. You head straight into Nairobi National Park for a 4.5-hour morning game drive, when wildlife is most active. As golden light spreads across the savannah, you search for lions, rhinos, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and over 400 bird species — all set against Nairobi’s iconic skyline. Your guide carefully positions the vehicle for optimal sightings and photography, making the experience feel like a full safari in just a few hours.
At 11:00 AM, you arrive at the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage in time for the famous feeding and mud-bath session. You’ll hear the deeply moving rescue stories of orphaned calves and learn how conservation and community efforts give them a second chance at life. Around 12:30 PM, enjoy an optional lunch at your chosen restaurant — Carnivore for iconic Kenyan flavors, Cultiva for farm-to-table elegance, or Talisman for relaxed international cuisine. At 2:00 PM, visit the Giraffe Centre, where you can view and hand-feed the endangered Rothschild giraffes from an elevated platform.
